smells like rain spirit!

aaah...what a welcome respite from the smeltering heat....the rains always give u this feeling dont they.....

rains have always been special and wonderful lest they become monsters like a few years back..otherwise they are always enjoyable and take u down the memory lane and revive those nostalgic memories of childhood....

the first rains moresover are so special.....the smell of the earth teasing ur olfactory cords after an year.....it in my opinion is the best perfume....smells so greatits just so amazing...
theres nothing as valuable as living ur childhood time and again and reminding urself abt those days how u played in the water and released paper boats in the little puddles....jumped in them and got drenched....its a different thrill altogether....theres not a single being who is spared of this wonderful feeling by the rains...be it a octagenarian or a toddler....they all love the rains and love to get wet in the rain...the animals love it ....the plants love it and it shows in those pearl like drops that accumulate on their leaves....u jus feel llike treasuring them forever!

and not to forget sipping in on hot coffee as u admire natures most beautiful season from the balcony of ur house....or having hot fried bhajias(its a indian delicacy as u all know).....

and yeah how can i forget this one.....playing football in the rains its jus the best thing to do.....man rains i love it so much....

poor country!duh!

man as i write this am totally confused and flumoxed by the fact that we...indians are considered to be one of the poorer lot and more so over india as a country as a poor country...

well wat gave rise to this confusion is something massive thats happening in the city of dreams(not NY) mumbai...

mukesh ambani the ace business entrepreneur and owner of reliance india ltd is makin his house!
whats so surprising abt it ???well the house is spread over an area of 4000 sq.m and is 27 storeys which is actually equivalent to 60 normal storeys....

this staggering construction is well equipped wid a gymnasium,swimming pool....a 6 storey car parking lot which can house 168 cars!....a home theatre(literally)...health club.....and what not.....the entire building wud have a staff of around 600 people and the cost of the land alone is around Rs 350 Cr let alone the construction and other charges....

and its not over yet....it has abt 4 helipads in the entire building along with an atheletic track in the building itself!all this to house a family of around not more than 10....which includes his wife nita....his kids and his mother kokila....

man and we thot we were a poor country....where does all this money come from!

am to say the least overwhelmed by the happening of events in our country and i have no answers to whats happening...i can only sit and ponder days on end!.....
